How to Register

1. Complete the Application Form:
Select your participation type above — Presenter/Co-Presenter or Attendee/Student Attendee — and submit the corresponding application form. Early application is highly recommended due to limited capacity.
2. Review and Confirmation:
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis within 7 business days. Once approved, you will receive an official confirmation and detailed registration instructions.
3. Complete Your Registration:
To secure your place, follow the payment link provided in your acceptance email and complete your registration before the stated deadline. Participation is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee.

Group Registration
Groups of three or more participants from the same institution or organization are eligible for a 10% discount on the base conference admission fee.

Group accommodation and registration requests are processed individually, depending on availability and approval by the conference committee.
